Popurls is the dashboard for the latest web-buzz, a single page that encapsulates up-to-the-minute headlines from the most popular sites on the internet

Popurls pulls data from a large number of popular sources to give you latest hot links. It aggregates data from sites like digg, del.icio.us, reddit, wired, slashdot, boingboing, flickr, youtube, etc.

    See the footer of the website theweblist.net. In the footer they included a link to popurls.com and confessed that they got the idea from popurls.
