You can automatically backup your blog database and reveive the backup in your mailbox daily. You just have to install two plugins.

The plugins that you need are:

1. Wordpress Database Backup Plugin - On-demand backup of your WordPress database. This plugin comes preinstalled with Wordpress package, check and download if its not in the plugin list. (Download)

2. WP-Cron Plugin - For automatic periodic execution of actions. (Download)

Just install and activate these plugins from Wordpress Plugins panel.

After activating goto Manage > Backup.

Then Enter your email address and automatic backup interval.

DONE !! You will automatically receive Wordpress Database Backup everyday in your mailbox.
