migg33 illegal
Getjar is the biggest repository of cellphone applications. It is used by many top cellphone application makers to distribute their applications.

I just saw a software named Mig33-RS on getjar, it is a minor modification of the most popular Mig33 cellphone chat client.

As we know that cellphone java applications can be easily unpacked with any unzip software by renaming the jar extension to zip. Some guy with codename Resident Saint unpacked the mig33 application and changed the resources like background logo and some smileys and posted the applications again with name Mig33-RS (Migg33 Resident Saint). The buzz has not yet spread but still Mig33-RS has been download more than 2700+ times in just 5 days. Although many smileys don’t work on Mig33-RS and its heavy than usual Mig33 and hangs most of the time, still people who are tired of the old look of Mig33 are downloading it.
Sometime back a guy with codename Nabster resource hacked the favourite Mxit Chatting application and distributed it through his website http://nabster.wen.ru. His wap site receive lakhs of hits per month.

While the real Mxit has different versions for all phones, the nabster resource hacked the Mxit for Symbian 60 and distributed it, this in result ruined phones of many people who tried to install the software on low end phones.

In cellphones, the most famous of Modified/Cracked software is the Opera Mini Advanced by Russian Wapland Crackers. The software has been added with additional features by russian crackers they release new version of Opera Mini Advanced with new enhancments every month. The Unofficial Opera Mini Advanced is awesome and offer some premium features that are not available in the real Opera Mini, Cracked Opera Mini Latest Build 1.22 offers link grabbing, multiple windows, copy text from screen and many other features. It works without any problem on S60 v2 handsets and is very favourite among Symbian 60 users.

I have e-mailed getjar to remove the Mig33-RS. Lets see if they remove it or not.

I also sent an e-mail to Mig33 developers and i am waiting for their response.

why not if those cracked or modified program offer as you said premium service for free.
for me i use mig33rs together with official version so i can login with two deferent nick.

What premium service are they offering ?

And whats the point of using two mig33 clients at the same time, are you using it for chatting or spamming the chatrooms?

I have also seen some crazy people using Mpowerplayer to login from 25 different ids using Mpowerplayer and then kicking anyone they like.

Chat to mxit contacts from another app for your mobile http://wap064.tripod.com

Skittle is Google Talk from your Mobile phone!!

Use an emulator like J2ME Wireless Toolkit 2.2 and try it on the PC.

The Skittle GroupChat is really cool, i tried it, you can basically run a IRC from your phone, add people from google or any jabber and all chat in 1 chat room, 1st you have you create the account first [start your own chatroom [IRC] off your phone by creating a gmail address with the word group/team/club or room eg. matric2007group@gmail.com, girlsclub@gmail.com messages goes to all members!! Successfully tested on 4240 contacts] To test this product add panchaatclub@gmail.com, its running right now!]

There are 5 versions of Skittle, the best being SkittlegroupChat as you can Create an IRC off your PHONE Like Mig33

    More info:
Skittle is a free Google Talk Chat application where you may add any jabber subscribers and chat to them 24/7.

Its basically Google talk however for your mobile instead of the PC.

Skittle works on almost any Java capable mobile phone. More than 150 handsets are supported!

I’ve used GetJar for years but they need to spend more time managing their site - they seem to put up anything with testing, or properly categorizing etc. I’ve given up on them now and have a new favorite, http://www.mobilerated.com

MobileRated.com has free games that actually work! Just select your phone from the list and they tell you what games are compatible with it. No more fussing around with screen sizes, etc.
