Follow That Page is a web service that sends you an email when your favorite web pages have changed.
You can use the service to monitor websites that does’nt provide RSS feeds. The free version monitors maximum 100 pages once per day and may contain advertisements. They are working on a paid service which can monitor once per hour and doesn’t contain ads.
