Its shocking. On the PS3 launch day in Japan, many Japanese businessmen hired poor Chinese men and women to wait in line for a PS3. The poor homeless people then delivered the consoles to Japanese businessmen, who paid them up to £90 for queuing.
Now PlayStation 3 consoles advertised as used are appearing for sale in Japan shops as well as online auctions. The consoles are being sold for £1,200, up to four times the retail price of the console which is about £270.
An extreme lack of supply ignited an extreme surge of demand and PS3 consoles advertised as used are now being sold for much high prices in some Japanese shops.

This was quite natural, They always sell with an inflated price. If i was lucky enough to get a PS3, I would also sell it at an inflated price
