Dashbar is a very useful plugin for Wordpress that allow logged users to have an enhanced administration bar similar to the one that show on WordPress.com blogs.
You can goto your wordpress admin panel pages by clicking links on the dashbar. You can easily edit the posts on current page by clicking edit link in the dashbar.
The dashbar also show number of comments awaiting moderation
The Dashbar items shown are determined upon current user capabilities and the look and feel of the bar is fully customizable through options>>DashBar in the administration panel.
