Today while searching something on ebay i found that, SpikeTheVote, the controversial enigmatic service to game Digg has been recently put up for sale on ebay. The item has been listed by seller jointsports.

This auction is for the domain, PHP code, MySQL database, all images - everything. In the description backlink from Techcrunch has been mentioned.

Spike the Vote works on a point system. Each day they give you a mission with several stories to Digg. You get points to digg stories and can later exchange the points for diggs on your own stories. Spikethevote can game netscape and del.icio.us too.
