Add this is a cool new service that supports most bookmarking services and feed readers. The visitors can click a single Bookmark or Subscribe button and after landing on the Add This page, they can select the feed reader or social bookmark service they want to add your feed or page to.

You can either use AddThis on your webpages or inside email messages.

AddThis also provides valuable statistics about what content (pages, feeds, products, etc) your visitors collect. Which product is the most popular, how many people subscribe to your feeds, etc.
