Page2Rss is a cool new service to monitor webpages that do not publish feeds.
It will pull the updates from any site and deliver them right to your favorite RSS reader.
You do not need to register, Just give the webpage you want to monitor and it will provide you a link to the RSS feed.
Or you can also simply add the feed URL http://page2rss.com/page/rss?url=your-site-url.com in your news aggregator to monitor the website for changes.
If you don’t want to get updates via feed, you can visit http://page2rss.com/page/?url=your-site-url.com to see a list of recent changes in your web browser.

Thanks for this new tool… I use www.feedity.com which is also a good tool
