Wordwidecreations recently released the Wordpress Vbulletin Bridge 1.0.

This WordPress plugin will allow you bridge WordPress and Vbulletin together. When you post a new WordPress entry, the same post is copied to a forum of your choice and users can then comment on it.

On your WordPress page, it will show how many comments (VBulletin replies) there are for your post and also post a link to add a comment.
