Userbars are smallish icons (350×19), usually created with programs like Adobe Photoshop or Gimp, that many forum and email users attach to their signature to express their personality and interests.

After creating userbars, you can animate them by using this free online script ubanimator.
There is also a free utility, AmitySource Userbar Generator, It is an easy-to-use program for generating unique and attractive userbars. It has everything you need for creating personal userbars: you can choose colors, special effect, pattern, a glow effect, and an overlay image for your composition.
