Wordpress SEO Title Tag plugin reverses the order of the blog name and the title (giving more keyword prominence to the title instead of the blog name). Also there’s a setting to drop the blog name altogether, or to replace it with a shorter nickname.

More prominent post title means more search engine traffic. I have installed this plugin last week and after search engines reindexed my blog pages, traffic has increased by atleast 20%.
