I have experienced problems with neoretix.com. I have paid for their software called Tube Hunter but cannot get a licence key from them to activate it. I have tried both e-mail addresses shown on their web site but cannot get a reply from them at all. I have also used their hotmail address and this gets no reply either.
Can anyone help me on this please?

The online download isn’t working anymore, so there’s a offline tool for the downloads…but now when I type in the url, I just get “runtime error ‘5′: Invalid procedure call or argument”

How do I fix this problem? Any solutions?
