Unype is new application that uses Google Earth and Skype to turn Google Earth into a social environment. Unype is 200 KB application that uses your Skype account to connect to your friends in Google Earth and take them along with you.

You do not have to upload placemarks or transfer other information. Whenever you move in Google Earth on your computer, your friend also moves in Google Earth in real-time on their computer

You can also chat with them. The company is also looking forward to add Avatars to the platform.
