Google has added some new features to Google Search history and renamed it to Google Web History.
Google Web History now Let you to search full text of web pages that you visited and to show personalised search results.

Suppose you remember some text that you read somewhere on the internet and want to find that particular piece of information.
The usual approach is to head on to Google Search engine and search for that particular piece of text that you remember. But google has millions of webapges on the same topic so it will be hard to find the same webpage again.
Thats where Google Web History feature will come in handy. You can just use the Google Web History option and instead of searching the whole web, Google will search the history of the web pages that you visited.
You must be thinking how Google will keep track of all the webpages that you visit. Google will do that with the help of the Google Toolbar. So you must have Google Toolbar installed for the Web History feature to work.
Visit http://www.google.com/history to install the Google Toolbar and Activate Web History feature for your Google Account.
