Redirect Wordpress URLs with Permacop

Permacop a plugin for WordPress allows you to easily redirect any url of your site to any other URL.

How to Use:

1. Download the plugin.
2. Unzip to your plugins directory.
3. Activate the plugin.
4. Go to Manage — Redirects.
5. Enter the URL you want to redirect from (relative you to your blog home) in the “From” field.
6. Enter the URL you want to redirect to in the “To” field.
7. Click “Add!” and you’re done.

This plugin can be useful to generate short urls for important posts, redirect identical adresses, create links for file downloads, etc.

If you have forum installed at http://forum.yourdomain.com, You can use this plugin to redirect http://www.yourdomain.com/forum to the forum address without making any changes to htaccess file.
