Ngcoders has made cool php script by which you can get notified of Orkut scraps via RSS Feed. The script converts orkut scraps into a RSS feed so you can check scraps in your favourite feed reader without logging into your orkut account.

They have not released the script for public use but have uploaded the script at http://www.indian-tv.com/orkut.php.

To get your scraps as RSS feed, just use the URL given below and replace the {uid} with your userid.

http://www.indian-tv.com/orkut.php?uid={uid}

To get your scrapbook uid, login to orkut and click scrapbook link in the sidebar. You will see the uid parameter in the browser address bar.
