The California based companyWild Sanctuary has released a demo layer for Google Earth with more than 30 sounds collected from all over the world. Wild sanctuary has 3,500 hours worth of audio from various parts of the world and is currently in talks with Google to integrate the sounds into a future version of Google Earth

Click here to download the Google earth sound layer. The layer can also be displayed in Google Maps, where the sounds are played using an embedded audio player.
