Google recently launched an amazing new feature for Google Maps that lets you see a 3d view of streets for the following US cities: San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Las Vegas, Denver and Miami.

Google also launched another new feature called Mapplets which enable third party developers to create mini applications that can be displayed on Google Maps.
