Two freeware utilities that let you manage your programs better and make your windows taskbar more useful.
1. Taskbar Shuffle is a software that let you rearrange windows Taskbar items and system tray icons. After running the program you can simply drag the programs/buttons on your Windows taskbar or icons in the system tray to rearrange them.

2. TrayDevil is a Window to Tray Minimizer which can help to minimize any windows program to system tray. You can easily minimize a Window in the System Tray by Left-clicking the Titlebar of any Window while pressing a Selectable Key (Ctrl,Shift or Alt).
