Besides Bidvertiser I see alot of blogs with AdBrite and BlogAds. This last one is well organized and I've advertised through it. I've never used the other ones as an advertiser. I also find ways of advertising, either as a publisher or advertiser, without using any service. Of course that advertising on blogs with a high number of visitors is out of my league.
