I recently had an argument with my boss about cell phones. He is under the perception that cell phones are still linked into landlines and that with out landlines cell phones would cease to operate. Stating that cell phones are not radio devices and that there has to be a cell tower every 2.2 miles because line of sight is a factor. Please please please i beg of you.
